The majority of our products are made to order to ensure quality, accuracy, and freshness in every piece we create.
Production Time: 3–14 business days
Shipping Begins After Production: Your selected shipping method timeline starts after production is complete
Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays
Order Updates: You will receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, in production, shipped, and delivered
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after production
Overnight Express: Available on select items; orders placed before 12 PM EST may ship same business day

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update
Packages can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website
