Made‑to‑Order Production

The majority of our products are made to order to ensure quality, accuracy, and freshness in every piece we create.

  • Production Time: 3–14 business days

  • Shipping Begins After Production: Your selected shipping method timeline starts after production is complete

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays

  • Order Updates: You will receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, in production, shipped, and delivered

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after production

  • Overnight Express: Available on select items; orders placed before 12 PM EST may ship same business day

  • Carriers: USPS

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update

  • Packages can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method

  • Free shipping promotions (when available) apply automatically

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information
